To my beloved ..............................................................................

We met many years ago - we were together way back in high school. We grew up, came of age and went through so much.
And now we're getting out of the army and I suddenly felt as if I was suffocating. It was clear to you that we were getting married and that in a year or two we'd even have children?! And I got stressed, I suddenly felt that I wasn't ready for the commitment of marriage yet. And it's not because I stopped loving. I'm crazy about you but I don't want to grow up yet. I want to travel, to see things, because afterwards the road back is hard and painful. I hope you'll forgive me for leaving you and going away for a year to travel around the world. I need freedom and time to think. And I want to believe that the day will come when we'll be together again. In any case, I'll never stop loving you.
Yours forever
